MAG Box IPTV Setup Guide (UAE) – Portal Configuration

Configure your Infomir MAG box (250/254/322/424…) for 5GOTT IPTV in the UAE — enter the portal URL once and it just works.

Step-by-Step Portal Setup

1. Connect the MAG box to your TV (HDMI) and router (ethernet recommended).
2. Power on → when the “Loading…” screen appears, press SETUP (or the gear key) on the remote.
3. Go to Servers → Portals.
4. In Portal 1 name type 5GOTT; in Portal 1 URL enter the portal address we sent you — it’s http://5gott.me/c/ format (exact URL comes with your subscription — order here or trial here).
5. Press OK, then EXIT → the box reboots into the portal.
6. Done — channels load automatically.

Useful Settings

• Inner portal vs outer: keep “Use inner portal” enabled for the 5GOTT interface.
• Time zone: set to Asia/Dubai (GMT+4) so the EPG shows correct timings.
• Software update: Settings → Software update — keep the box current.

Common MAG Issues

• Stuck on “Loading”: check the ethernet cable, reboot the router, verify the portal URL.
• “Page loading error”: the portal URL may have changed — message us on WhatsApp.
