Service
- We provide access to IPTV streams (live channels, VOD, EPG) for the duration of your plan.
- Each plan allows one simultaneous connection unless you’ve purchased multi-connection.
- Sharing your login publicly or reselling without a reseller agreement will result in suspension without refund.
Payments & Renewals
- Prices are in AED as listed on our pricing page. No hidden fees.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew — we’ll remind you before expiry; you choose to renew.
Fair Use & Availability
- We target 99%+ uptime, but occasional maintenance or upstream feed changes can interrupt individual channels; we’ll substitute feeds where possible.
- Channel line-ups change over time as feeds are added or removed — the total offering remains comparable.

Support is provided via WhatsApp and email, 8:30 AM – midnight UAE time, 7 days a week. Our help guides cover the most common issues.
