7-Day Refund Promise
- If the service doesn’t work for you and our support team can’t fix it, you’re entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- To claim: message WhatsApp +971 52 928 7754 with your username and the issue — we’ll troubleshoot first, refund if unresolved.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What’s Not Covered
- Refund requests after 7 days (though we’ll still help fix any issue).
- Issues caused by your own setup that you decline help to fix (e.g. refusing to try ethernet when Wi-Fi is the problem).
- Accounts suspended for sharing logins publicly or breaching our terms.

Try the service free for 24 hours before paying — most refund situations never happen because customers test first.
